This monograph comprehensively examines the impact of parallel imports on the economic security of business entities and the stability of the region in the context of modern geopolitical and economic challenges. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the theoretical aspects of parallel import, its essence, characteristics and categories, as well as the practical aspects of its implementation in Russia.
The work provides a detailed analysis of the impact of parallel imports on economic security using the example of the M.Video-Eldorado group of companies. In particular, the financial and economic performance of the company, its external environment and factors influencing the level of economic security are examined.
Based on the analysis, practical recommendations have been developed aimed at increasing the level of economic security of companies using the parallel import mechanism. The effectiveness of the proposed measures was assessed.
