This study guide develops an analytically rigorous corporate-finance framework for improving financial-flow planning in production structures operating under heightened national and regional uncertainty, where cash-flow synchronization, capital allocation, and resilience become decisive constraints on viability. It systematizes the risk–return trade-off and required-return estimation as the foundation for risk-adjusted planning, then links financing choices — capital structure, cost of capital (WACC), and dividend/payout policy — to the firm’s capacity to fund operations and investment while preserving flexibility. The final part integrates these elements through corporate valuation techniques, enabling planners to translate operational scenarios into present-value decision criteria and to evaluate strategic alternatives such as acquisitions.
